Kenyan Mathenge wins CNN mulitichoice Journalist Award.

Kenyan Journalist Kenyan Mathenge was named and awarded the award of CNN multichoice African Journalist Award last night ( saturday).

Mathenge emerged winner as a result of his outstanding work 'Images of Terror' which appeared in Kenyan daily pirint newspaper, the standard and was chosen from entries spanning 38 countries across the African Continent.

The work documents the period of terrorism been experienced by Westgate Mall Shoppers in Kenya, when the mall was attacked by unidentified gunmen in September 2013.

The CNN multichoice African Journalist Award's winner wins a cash-prize and also a visit to to CNN centre in Atlanta, to attend a three-weeks
CNN journalism Fellowship. All finalists received cash-prizes and also ipad ai, with runner ups winning an ipad mini.....congrats to him... Kenya
